Terms and Conditions

Access to place an Order is permitted to any Buyer. For justified reasons, TURABO reserves the right to restrict the Buyer’s access to placing an Order and/or to some of the accepted payment methods, if it considers that based on the Buyer’s behavior or activity on the Site, their actions could harm TURABO in any way. In any of these cases, the Buyer may contact the TURABO Customer Relations Department to be informed of the reasons that led to the application of the above measures.

In the case of online payments, the Seller is not/cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by the Buyer, including, but not limited to, currency conversion fees applied by the issuing bank of their card. The Buyer alone is responsible for this action.

All information used to describe the Goods available on the Site (static/dynamic images/multimedia presentations/etc.) does not represent a contractual obligation on the part of the Seller, these being used exclusively as a presentation.

Confidentiality

Turabo will maintain the confidentiality of any information you provide. The disclosure of the information provided can only be done under the conditions stipulated in this Document.

No public statement, promotion, press release or any other disclosure to third parties will be made by the Buyer/Client regarding the Order/Contract without the prior written consent of the Seller.

By submitting information or materials through this site, you grant the Seller unrestricted and irrevocable access to them, the right to use, reproduce, display, modify, transmit and distribute such materials or information. You also agree that the Seller may freely use, in its own interest, such information, ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques that you have sent us through the Site. Turabo will not be subject to obligations regarding the confidentiality of the transmitted information, unless the legislation in force provides otherwise.

Return policy

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, respectively to return a Good or to renounce the purchase, within 14 calendar days, without invoking a reason and without bearing other costs, than those expressly provided by GEO no. 34/2014, respectively the direct return costs.

If the Good is returned in a condition that no longer allows its resale as a new product (for example: damaged or open packaging, missing accessories, traces of use, physical damage), the Seller reserves the right to charge a fee for repackaging and sealing the product. The fee will be directly proportional to the depreciation found on the Good in accordance with art. 14 para. (3) of GEO no. 34/2014.

At the express request of the Buyer, the Seller can return the Good in the condition in which it was received, in which case the return costs will be fully borne by the Buyer.

Delivery

After placing the order, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt.

The delivery time is usually 1-2 working days for Standard Service, from the moment the order is placed on the site. In exceptional cases, Turabo reserves the right to increase the delivery time, with prior notification to the customer.

Legal Notice

The Content, as defined in the preamble, including but not limited to logos, stylized representations, trade symbols, static images, dynamic images, text and/or multimedia content presented on the Site, are the exclusive property of TURABO, being also reserved, all rights obtained for this purpose directly or indirectly (through licenses of use and/or publication).

The Client/Buyer/User is not allowed to copy, distribute, publish, transfer to third parties, modify and/or otherwise modify, use, link, display, include any Content in any context, other than the original one intended by Turabo, including any Content outside the Site, removing the signs that signify Turabo’s copyright over the Content, as well as participating in the transfer, sale, distribution of materials made by reproducing, modifying or displaying the Content, except with the express written agreement of Turabo.
