This farm is located in the El Suyatal community, Macuelizo region – Nueva Segovia. The farm has been owned by Martha and her family since 1991, through family inheritance, passing ownership from generation to generation. The total area of the farm is 21,132 hectares, which are cultivated with the Catimor, Red Catuai, Java, Maracaturra, Pacamara and Parainema coffee varieties. The coffee is grown in an environmentally friendly way, implementing sustainable production standards. The farm has shade with forest species, fruit trees and moss; organic fertilizers and synthetic fertilizers are also used. The coffee trees are pruned to improve their tissue, and shade management is also carried out to improve light infiltration into the farm. Only ripe coffee beans are harvested, which are then picked, left to ferment for 24 hours and washed with clean water.
